Lisa Ruggieri Hines brought Bella Cucina Catering to Marin when she purchased Rosalind Catering in 1999. Lisa combined the catering with her private chef clientele from San Francisco. Her goal has been to provide a boutique catering business to Bay Area clients with cutting-edge cuisine, floral design and event planning. Paying special attention to organic produce and local purveyors, Lisa creates a unique event for each client.

As an alternative to on-site catering, Bella Cucina has a Panini Bar on Fourth Street in San Rafael offering lunch daily with a selection of grilled panini sandwiches, salads, and soup. According to Lisa, "We offer a wide variety of services and working within a variety of budgets is very important to us."

Lisa enjoys cooking, running, and boating, along with relaxing with her husband Jeff, and baby Milan Sofia (born in May last year).
