Lisa Ruggieri Hines brought Bella Cucina Catering to Marin when she purchased Rosalind Catering in 1999. Lisa combined the catering with her private chef clientele from San Francisco. Her goal has been to provide a boutique catering business to Bay Area clients with cutting-edge cuisine, floral design and event planning. Paying special attention to organic produce and local purveyors, Lisa creates a unique event for each client.

As an alternative to on-site catering, Bella Cucina has a Panini Bar on Fourth Street in San Rafael offering lunch daily with a selection of grilled panini sandwiches, salads, and soup. According to Lisa, "We offer a wide variety of services and working within a variety of budgets is very important to us."

Wedding & Event Planning:
Events on a larger basis need to be managed. There is a $50/hour charge for consultations and day-of-event manager

We can arrange rental items such as silverware, glassware, linens, tables, chairs, tenting, dance floors, and party sites.

Service:
$35/hour per person
We offer professional, insured servers dressed in tuxedo or Napa attire (khakis) or in costume for theme parties. Extras are available for additional cost (clowns, entertainers, etc.)

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to book an event. If your event cancels, the retainer is good toward a future booking within 90 days. The adjusted balance is due the week prior to the event.
